24/7/365 Network Monitoring   Your network is watched to make sure it is safe and secure no issues are looming.  Includes anti-malware and anti-virus updating, along with software security updates.

Help Desk Support 8AM-6PM, Monday-Friday   Qualified, friendly technical support from experienced technicians.  Guaranteed response time to calls under three minutes. All client team members’ software and hardware data is registered with our help desk technicians, so they can pull up your employee’s information on their computers and not waste time on unnecessary questions.  Technicians have the ability to remotely log-in to computers to resolve issues when necessary and given permission.

Monthly Reporting    Monthly reporting so you can see how your network is being pro-actively protected.

Per-User Pricing    $65 per month

(Available for Clients With Ten Or More Users)

Office 365 Business Premium    Every user receives a complimentary subscription to Office 365 Business Premium, with licenses for use on all of their devices.

Our certified, experienced technicians are monitoring your network 24/7/365–all servers, all desktops and laptops, and  all mobile devices if desired–to make sure it’s all protected and that all hardware and software applications are working correctly.  Our technicians are actively updating security patches from our national database of current security risks, making sure anti-virus software is updated and watching for signals of impending issues.  If they see items that need to be addressed, they’re able to remotely log-in to your network to address the issue before it becomes an issue.
